1. What is Smola CRM?

Smola CRM is a personal outreach tracking tool for founders and job seekers. It consists of a web dashboard and a Chrome extension that overlays outreach status on LinkedIn and Y Combinator pages.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the data you explicitly provide:

  • Email address and password (for account creation and login)
  • Company names, URLs, and notes you add to your CRM
  • LinkedIn profile URLs and outreach statuses you set

3. Chrome Extension

The Chrome extension reads authentication tokens from cookies set by the Smola CRM website solely to authorize API requests to your personal account. No browsing history, page content, or personal data from LinkedIn or YC is collected or stored.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Smola CRM service — displaying and managing your outreach history. We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third parties.

5. Data Storage

All data is stored in a private PostgreSQL database. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services.

6. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at zarva6596@gmail.com.
